You missed a great concert, but it's never too late to support a great cause!

March 14, 2009 at the FPAC - Marc Brann, longtime Freeport Player, opened for Anni Clark, one of Maine's most famous singer-songwriters. It was an evening of songs, fun and memories. The money raised will be used to buy and install a much-needed onstage monitor speaker system for the Freeport Performing Arts Center, Ken Carew's magnum opus (along with Connor, Ken and Maryellen's son who's a 3rd-year graduate student at The New School for Drama in New York).

We welcome donations to help us reach our goal to raise $3000 so we can purchase audio equipment for the FPAC. This equipment will make it easier and less expensive to provide onstage speaker outputs, used by musicians to monitor the sound as they play and used by theatrical productions to add sound effects and other audio as part of their presentation. For most users, adding this equipment will eliminate the need to rent additional amplification equipment when performing at the FPAC.
